A Thought About Personal Development
The problem with personal development is that we get stuck in the personal and...
forget about the development.
We're supposed to apply what we learn and then move on.
Often, though, we'll find ourselves mired in the studying and the personal gets deep -
so deep we can't see the forest for the trees -
so deep our minds are swirling with the new revelations and insights -
so deep we use those new revelations and insights to root out the anger and hurt and hidden trauma from days past -
so deep that everything we see in the world is tinged gray by all the negative we've uncovered in ourselves.
If you find yourself stuck in the personal exploration - talk to someone. Help someone. Do something for someone else. Show up a soup kitchen and volunteer to do whatever they need your hands to do. Call a friend and tell them you’re thinking of them. Invite someone to join you for coffee and conversation. Get out of your own head.
The rest of us may wonder at the sudden "POP" we hear...and a few will smile because we recognize that sound [having heard it from ourselves].

Marketing Tip
Add a Live Chat feature to your site.
Nothing is more powerful than direct communication with a prospect - while they are on your website.
A short message that welcomes them to the site...
followed by a short message saying you're available to answer questions...
followed by a short message that recommends they check out a page on your site...
or any other message you want to offer.
It isn’t as hard as you might think to create a series of automatic responses.
There are plugins and apps that work with pretty much any website.
And, each plugin or app comes with a guide that walks you through the process of installing and the process of building the automatic responses.
When your visitor gets assistance while they are on your site it gives them a positive experience of YOU, even if you aren't responding real-time.
And when they feel that you are available anytime, all the time, every time it secures a sense of loyalty.
Their experience will stay with them when they leave the site and that is what you want -
the potential buyer to remember YOU as the person who was available to them when they needed you to be.
The best tip I can give about using Live Chat or ChatBots on your site is to keep it simple with a clear end goal in mind ...
You want the visitor to do something - download a guide or watch a video or if they're ready to see a property, to call you.
Both Live Chat or ChatBots apps that I recommend are available for a fraction of the cost of hiring someone to answer the phone or respond to a text - and definitely less costly than you being pulled away from your work to respond to every single text.
